Saturday Delivery at No Additional Charge
Ship Thursday for delivery on Saturdays to orange shaded areas at no extra charge. Areas in yellow can expect Saturday delivery if shipped on Wednesday.
Priority Mail features detailed tracking. USPS offers no refunds for late deliveries. BTI will use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes whenever possible, further minimizing costs.

If you don't have a freight forwarder, orders are shipped UPS. UPS orders are billed at 40% off of UPS list rates and include customs brokerage service.
Expedited orders generally arrive in a week or less. Orders to Canada or Mexico can ship by UPS Expedited (2-3 days) or UPS Standard (5+ days).
Customs clearance is free for UPS Express and Expedited services, however brokerage fees will apply to UPS Standard service. Duties and taxes are billed separately upon entry.
Margin Booster: UPS International Standard is the default ship method unless a note specifically requesting Expedited service is present on the order.

Ships Fast
With 2 distribution centers, BTI ships overnight ground to shops in 11 western states. For everywhere else, 2-3 days is the norm. BTI automatically upgrades domestic orders from shops 4+ days away to 3 Day Select at no additional charge (oversized items are excluded).

BTI pays your shipping on orders over $400. Some oversized items carry additional fees.
Air Upgrades at $800
Shops west of the Mississippi river normally 3 days from a BTI warehouse get upgraded to free 2Day Air shipping. Shops east of the Mississippi river normally 4+ days away can upgrade to 2Day at Ground rates. Or, choose Priority Mail for 1-3 day delivery at no charge – and they deliver on Saturdays. Some oversized items will ship by ground. See the tab labelled "Over $800" for full details.
AK / HI / US Territories
ORDERS OVER $400: Ship FREE to the freight forwarder of your choice. Complete this form in advance to add the freight forwarder's origination point in the contiguous US to your authorized ship addresses.
HAZMAT
The icon indicates certain batteries and flammable or pressurized items which ship by Ground as the default.
Oversized Items
Look for the icon on select bikes, frames, wheels, etc. denoting heavy/bulky items that BTI will ship by ground. Certain oversized items will receive an added shipping fee regardless of the value of the order, and ship by most economical carrier:
$7.50 fee on wheels (per box/unit)
$15.00 fee on frames, car racks, child carriers (per box/unit)
LTL Truck Freight
BTI reserves the right to palletize the heaviest or bulkiest orders and ship by LTL truck freight, which may ship the following business day. All ancillary LTL charges (Liftgate, Inside Delivery, Redelivery Charges, etc) not authorized in advance by BTI will be borne by the customer/dealer/recipient.
EPs, Special Orders and Dropships
Freight incentives do not apply to EPs, special orders (of non-stocking items) or dropships.
Saturday Delivery
UPS Overnight Saturday delivery is available to most areas in the US for an additional $16.00 fee. Optionally, GLS and USPS can deliver to most areas on Saturday, fees vary.
Order Cutoff Time
Times vary depending on choice of shipper and warehouse. Actual cutoff times are listed on the Checkout page on bti-usa.com
Shipping Calculated After Order is Boxed
Due to variable box size/count, dimensional charges and other carrier fees, BTI is unable to quote exact shipping at the time of the order. If you need to know the exact shipping, you can either look up the invoice after it ships under My Account, or you can request a call back with the actual shipping amount.
Change of Address
To avoid refused deliveries or carrier rerouting fees, please notify BTI of any change in address.
Payment Options
BTI accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or wire payment. Terms are available with an approved BTI credit application. Sorry, no COD.
FOB
Liability and ownership of goods is transferred from seller to buyer when goods leave BTI's warehouse.

Orders over $400 will ship for free via UPS Ground. See Shipping Policy tab regarding fees for certain oversized items.
This depends on: your location, availability of the product at each of our DCs, and shipping method. It is often easiest to simply place the item in your cart and go to the checkout. There you will see your available shipping methods, their respective cut off times as well as any shipping incentives you may be able to receive based on the size of the current cart.
BTI ships standard items to the entirety of the contiguous US in 3 days or less. There may be exceptions for large items, hazmat items, or orders that are simply so large they require palletization. Time in transit for every shipping method will be listed on the checkout page.
BTI does not currently have an option to split out individual items at checkout. To do so will require starting a separate cart for the items you would like to expedite. In these instances, please leave a note for our customer service team indicating that this order is to be processed in conjunction with your standard order to receive shipping incentives. Note: Sales orders must be placed within minutes of each other to count towards any order-based incentives.
While we currently do not offer pre-determined shipping, getting your order total to $400 will ensure free ground shipping. If you would like to know the cost of shipping before your order ships please leave a note requesting a quote on the order and a best means of contact. Please allow extra time before shipping cutoff in these situations if it is vital your order ships that day.

Our warehouses start processing orders very quickly, so the window for changes is tight. If your order was placed in the last few minutes, call us at 800-558-8324 and we will do our best to catch the order.
Complete this form. BTI will verify your new address. Approval usually takes less than a business day.
In most cases tracking info uploads to your accounts' order status page. If you do not see it, the next place to check is on the notes field of the invoice. USPS for instance will not upload tracking info directly to our site, so we manually provide it on the invoice. If tracking is unavailable in both of those places, please email info@bti-usa.com for assistance.
