Summary

BTI’s Factory Service Center/Manticore (FSC/M) is looking for a candidate with the ideal blend of mechanical and customer service skills to perform repairs, communicate with customers and process incoming work orders. Position reports to Reno-Sparks Warehouse Manager.

BTI FSC Responsibilities

  • Fork, shock, dropper and other bike repairs for FSC/M
  • Communicate with clients, provide estimates and resolve issues
  • Traffic controller for new repair requests
  • Check in newly arriving repairs
  • Coordinate sourcing of parts and supplies
  • Document and invoice repairs
  • Improve systems for increased efficiency
  • Help in warehouse when needed

Traits of a successful candidate

  • Enthusiastic, high energy, well organized
  • Patient with clients, determined to solve problems and retain customers
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be resourceful and able to follow an established procedure
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Social media savvy
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
